Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. I provide Christian counseling in the areas of trauma informed evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and families. I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief, trauma, relationship stress, emotionally overwhelmed and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My clinical philosophy is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which individuals rediscover their strength, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of understanding themselves and their experiences. I approach every client with cultural humility and respect for the unique values, histories, and challenges that shape their lives. I believe that emotional and physical health are deeply interconnected, and I strive to address both evidence-based practices to integrate mind, body, and relational well-being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, supportive environment where you can speak openly without pressure or judgement. There is no "right" speed for therapy. We will move at the pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
