I am multicultural, have lived in several different countries and exposed to different racial and cultural populations. I am open-minded, have a calm, peaceful and charming personality. I have two Master's Degrees - social work from the University of Alabama and political science from the Universityof Hawaii - because I have always wanted to help and empower others. I have 20+ years in the therapeutic and social service field. My focus is on aiding adults to manage negative emotions, enhance coping abilities and manage life's stressors.

I am curious, creative, affirming - I enjoy the holistic approach. I believe in empowerment. assertiveness, healthy coping techniques. I want us to work together to strengthen growth and resolve the issues that are negatively impacting life and living.
