Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm Pam! I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work particularly well with women who struggle with low self-esteem, people-pleasing patterns, and fear of disappointing others. I provide a comfortable space to help clients set healthy boundaries, build confidence, and embrace their authentic selves so they can pursue a more fulfilling and balanced life. With a master's degree from New York University School of Social Work and 17 years as an experienced clinician, I am here to help if you're struggling with anxiety, fear of disappointing others, or unhealthy relationship patterns.

My approach to therapy

I empower women to work through fear, build confidence, and create meaningful change. My approach is grounded in authenticity and compassion. I pull from different therapeutic approaches, such as solution-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment and psychodynamic theory, to tailor therapy to your unique needs, always with mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

These pivotal life experiences can be challenging but they can also be transformative. Therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you are in a safe and supported space. Our first session is all about getting to know you and what brought you here. I will ask you some questions to better understand your experiences and your goals in therapy. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to. I will always meet you where you are.
