Great to meet you!

Hello, I've been a Therapist for thirty years, working with various populations to include adolescents, college students, and adults. I've worked with the chronically ill. I have done a lot of relationship counseling and have addressed issues of intimacy and sexuality. I've worked with patients with anxiety and with depression. I believe everybody deserves respect and to be heard, and wants their past experiences to be addressed and dealt with in a healthy manner.

My approach to therapy

When working with patients, I use an interpersonal approach. My training is in cognitive and behavioral therapy, and I will use those techniques as well. Overall, I believe a patient needs to be heard and feel respected and cared for. I provide a supportive approach - providing insight and ideas to cope through our work together.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect to have a better understanding of themselves, a more healthy approach to life and living, skills to manage life's ups and downs, and a generally more positive and healthy perspective.
