Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. With over a decade of experience in Healthcare Administration, I bring a unique and holistic perspective to my work, understanding the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the healing process.

My background includes working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults and families facing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. I have extensive experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and substance abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client-centered, attachment-based approach to therapy, meeting individuals where they are with empathy and understanding. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, process past experiences, and develop tools for a healthier future.

What you can expect from our first session

My primary goal is to empower clients with the tools and confidence they need to create lasting, positive change in their lives. Together, we work toward:

  • Gaining deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Developing healthy coping strategies for managing stress and adversity.
  • Strengthening relationships through improved communication and connection.
  • Healing from past traumas and breaking unhealthy cycles.
  • Finding clarity, purpose, and direction in life.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where clients feel safe to share openly. Trust and respect are the foundation of the therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to providing an environment that fosters growth, healing, and transformation. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and renewal.
