Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here! I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and managing grief. I work with adolescents (18+), adults, and couples looking to increase their sense of self, nurture difficult emotions, and build their coping skill tool box. As a team, we will work towards your goals, fostering open dialogue and connection

My approach to therapy

I create a safe space for self-reflection and help clients navigate difficult emotions and life stressors through a tailored approach that honors each individual's unique experience. Through a person-centered and multicultural focus, I use authenticity, mindfulness, and a sense of humor to create a compassionate and effective therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be a place of hope and discovery. In session, you may find yourself laughing, crying, reflecting or all of the above. I aim to provide a warm, accepting environment where you can explore your feelings without judgment. My goal for you is to feel understood.
