Great to meet you!

Hi. I specialize in trauma, (child and adult), family systems, intrapersonal growth, effects of destructive learning and systems, loss, life stages.

I have 35 + years of overall experience to include inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance abuse, residential and non-residential teen counseling, outpatient trauma counseling. I have been licensed for 13 years.

I hold a MSW, a M.Ed., I am a LCSW, a CAP and am Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for LCSW and LMHC licensure candidates

My approach to therapy

I am collaborative, humanistic, client centered.

I can help you explore, understand, potentially correct inaccurate thoughts, heal from trauma, abuse, destructive learning and losses. I've seen most people compare their insides with other's outsides and think others don't struggle. The truth is that the vast majority of us are simply messy humans, doing the best we can to live this life with all that ends up on our plate. I want to help you remove barriers to living the life you choose.

What you can expect from me

We can work together to help you define and develop the life you choose. Much of what is learned can be re-written, trauma can be healed, grief can be soothed.
