Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Pamela, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working with others to overcome any challenges, fears, or difficult times they may be facing. I have been working in the field for six years. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work. I practice therapy in both inpatient hospitals and outpatient facilities. I have primarily worked with children, teenagers, and young adults, but also have experience working with older populations.

My approach to therapy

I am here to offer you a supportive, individualized, and judgement-free environment focused on your health and healing. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I utilize a strengths-based, culturally competent, and solution-focused treatment modality that incorporates a multi-system, trauma informed, and wellness approach tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are all about you and specifically tailored to your own needs. Together we will create a treatment plan based on your needs and goals and will utilize various therapeutic techniques to work towards this. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you!
