Great to meet you!

As a Navy veteran, Licensed Professional Counselor, and mother of four, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when stress and responsibilities build. I work with adults navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, divorce, and major life transitions. My specialty is supporting individuals in substance use and recovery, helping them understand behavioral patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical skills for long-term stability and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical coping strategies that promote accountability, resilience, and lasting change. I also have experience working with individuals in court-mandated treatment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any immediate concerns. I will ask questions to get a clear picture of your experiences while ensuring you feel comfortable and respected. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and outline a plan tailored to your needs, so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
