Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and more than a decade in leadership roles. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. My clinical training and professional experience allow me to support individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and work-related challenges.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, workplace stress, burnout, career transitions, and the pressures that come with high-responsibility roles, including professional women, especially mothers balancing work and personal responsibilities who are navigating the ongoing demands of work, family, and personal identity. I also support stay-at-home mothers and high-achieving individuals who are managing significant personal and professional demands and are looking to feel more grounded, present, and fulfilled.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and insight-oriented. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and gently challenged. I help clients better understand the patterns that contribute to anxiety and stress while also developing strategies that are realistic and sustainable in daily life. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with your values and goals.

My approach is well-suited for EAP-related concerns, while also supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as a grounded, attentive listener who provides thoughtful, direct, and actionable feedback. My goal is to create a calm and supportive space where you feel empowered to better understand your experiences, reduce anxiety, better equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence, and build meaningful, lasting change in your life.
