Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 27 years of experience, I believe that everyone has an innate capacity to heal, grow, and move towards the best version of themselves. Whether you are struggling with a recent stressor or past trauma, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your strengths, process difficult experiences and emotions, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is genuine and collaborative. I value authenticity and connection and am not afraid to meet my clients where they are- with empathy, a good sense of humor, and a direct approach when needed. I believe that healing happens in honest conversations, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged to grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. I use evidenced based approaches to build your coping resources and to process difficult experiences in order to reach your goals.
