Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Latinx licensed therapist in California with over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I take a personalized, trauma-informed approach to care. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore what’s most important to you at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

As a Latinx therapist, I value the role culture, identity, and lived experience play in shaping who we are. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) while also helping you explore how your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences are connected. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re going through, and find ways to move forward that feel aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you. You can expect to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences more deeply, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out. This is a space to begin making sense of things together.
