Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I truly believe it’s a meaningful act of self-care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I strive to meet you where you are, helping you feel grounded and empowered as you work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me—there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Everyone brings their own story, experiences, and strengths into the room, and what works for one person may not feel right for another. I take time to really get to know you and what you’re hoping for, so we can shape therapy in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and meaningful. My style is warm, respectful, and down-to-earth, and I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, I want to hear your story and understand the goals and outcomes that matter most to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s meaningful and how we can work toward it. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable, valued, and secure. From there, we’ll continue to work as a team to help you achieve those goals, knowing I’ll be with you every step of the way.
