Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Pamela, a psychotherapist residing in Brooklyn, NY. I have an Masters in Social Work from Columbia University with a focus in mental health and disabilities. I have a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth.

I work with individuals from all walks of life, providing a safe, empathetic space for exploration and healing. I have a rich background in supporting clients who are neurodiverse by focusing on emotional regulation and the development of coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, inviting, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. I firmly believe that people are capable of achieving their full potential if they are provided with appropriate resources, support, and care.

I specialize in helping individuals address issues around anxiety, depression, and rebuilding self-confidence, particularly after traumatic experiences. I will work with you on finding tools for managing overwhelming thoughts and emotions, while also fostering emotional resilience.
