Great to meet you!

I believe prioritizing mental health is key to living a well-balanced, fulfilling, and stable life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest steps, so congratulations on taking that step for yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, blending traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and body-based approaches to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood while also helping them build practical tools for healing, emotional resilience, and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and direct, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, seen, and understood. I blend traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and body-based approaches to help clients gain insight, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning how to navigate life with greater confidence and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and the goals you hope to achieve. I also take time to understand your strengths, relationships, and patterns so we can create a plan that feels personalized and realistic. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
