Great to meet you!

I still wake up excited and passionate about helping others manage and cope effectively with whatever life throws at them.

I've been in the mental health field for over 30 years. I received my license to practice independently in 2006. and worked at outpatient mental health clinics and residential psychiatric facilities. I obtained my double Masters' Degree from Hunter College School of Social Work.

I just love to help those achieve their maximum levels and thrive through Mastering themselves.

My approach to therapy

I embrace the therapeutic environment by establishing a professional, yet comfortable rapport with the ability to build lasting relationships. Through empathetic listening, Supportive counseling, Ego strengthening, CBT, problem solving strategies, Motivational interviewing, Family/Interpersonal and marital counseling, coaching, managing anxiety/depression and grief are just some of my strategies and it is not unusual to sometimes find time for laughter as a healing tool.

What you can expect from me

A client will walk away with clear expectations of their journey to mastering themselves.

I will meet a client where they are. The focus on their priorities in their lives.
