Great to meet you!

Your journey matters to me. I am committed to helping restructure how you see and embrace life challenges so that they propel you, rather than perplex you. By working collaboratively to become more self-aware, build on your strengths, and learn effective coping strategies, change is possible. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and joining you on your journey to where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

You are a uniquely you; therefore, my approach to therapy considers your individual circumstances, needs, goals, and motivation for therapy. I practice using an eclectic and integrative approach, drawing on many evidence-based psychotherapies. Some of the modalities that I incorporate in therapy include Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Christian Perspective Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Strengths-Based Practice, and Mindfulness Techniques.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you is to implement tools that will allow you to take control of your life, respond to challenges in healthy ways and leave you more empowered to move pass barriers and live more fully. You can get to the other side no matter where you are in your journey.
