Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I support individuals and families navigating chronic illness, caregiver stress, new diagnoses, grief, and life transitions.

With over 10 years of experience, including a strong background in medical social work, I understand how emotionally overwhelming and isolating these life changes can feel. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported, understood, and never alone in what you’re carrying.

Whether you’re adjusting to a diagnosis, caring for a loved one, or simply trying to hold everything together, we’ll work through it together one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and tailored to your individual needs and experiences.

Together, we’ll focus on building coping tools, processing difficult emotions, improving communication, and finding ways to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, balance, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

My goal in the first session is to create a comfortable space where you feel safe sharing openly and honestly.

We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking through what’s been weighing on you, and identifying what support would feel most helpful moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting—just showing up is enough.
