Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I work with clients ages 6 and up and have a special passion for helping families grow stronger together.

Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, ADHD, relationship struggles, or difficult life transitions. Others come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck and wanting support finding clarity and balance again. I really enjoy working with parents and children together, creating a collaborative space where everyone can feel heard and supported.

Clients often describe me as empowering, open minded, and energetic. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself and confident that change is possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. We work together to understand what you’re going through and identify practical ways to move forward.

Whether I’m supporting a child, teen, adult, or family, I focus on helping people feel understood while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, and manage life’s stress. When working with families, I love helping parents and children strengthen their connection and learn how to support each other more effectively.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s been weighing on you. We’ll discuss your goals and begin identifying what support might look like for you or your family.

Over time, many clients leave sessions with stronger coping skills, greater self awareness, and healthier relationships. Most importantly, therapy becomes a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
