Great to meet you!

In 20 years of practice I continue to provide a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you are able to explore trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My practice is eclectic and individualized, meaning I tailor therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigating PTSD, chronic stress, complicated family dynamics, and legal or divorce-related challenges. I value authenticity, honesty, and building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities while adapting to each client’s unique needs, goals, and personality. I work with clients to increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering, while also encouraging growth and accountability.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment during the first session. Our initial meeting is an opportunity for me to learn more about your experiences, concerns, goals, and what is bringing you to therapy at this point in your life. We will discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying ways to support your emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and more hopeful about the process ahead. You will gain insight and clarity from the first session.
