Great to meet you!

My approach is eclectic and accustomed to the client’s needs. I believe in focusing on here and now, while building a strong and positive future.

In my opinion unresolved difficulties of the past contribute to the difficulties of today. Our physical health may be the main thing that we focus on, overlooking the mental and emotional well-being. I provide individual, couple, family and group therapy sessions for clients both in English and Farsi.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused, collaborative approach to therapy — one that’s grounded in the belief that you already have strengths and resources we can build on together. My style is open-minded and conversational, and I’m not afraid to bring humor into the room when it fits. Therapy can be deep and meaningful, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself — quirks, struggles, hopes and all.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or just feeling stuck, we’ll work toward practical, real-world solutions while also making room for insight, self-reflection, and maybe even a laugh or two along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients often walk away with a clearer sense of direction, practical strategies they can apply right away, and a renewed belief in their own ability to make meaningful change. Whether you're looking to improve relationships, manage stress, or get unstuck from old patterns, my goal is to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

You can expect a space that’s supportive, non-judgmental, and real — where you're free to show up exactly as you are. I’m here to listen, ask the right questions, offer a fresh perspective, and sometimes crack a well-timed joke to lighten the load. We’ll focus on what’s working, explore what’s possible, and build forward — one step at a time.
