Hi, I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and I’m here to support you on your mental health journey. I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 to 65, and I truly believe that everyone deserves compassionate, personalized care that respects their unique stories and experiences.
My approach to care is collaborative and down-to-earth. I see myself as a partner in your care — someone who will listen, provide guidance, and help you explore options that make sense for your life. Whether we’re discussing medication, coping strategies, or just helping you better understand what you’re going through, my goal is to make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
I also believe that working together with your therapist (if you have one) can make a big difference, so I’m always happy to collaborate with other members of your care team to make sure we’re all on the same page.
In our sessions, you can expect a judgment-free space where you can be yourself. I’ll take the time to get to know you, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a care plan that fits your goals and your lifestyle.
