Great to meet you!

I approach therapy as a collaborative and compassionate process where your voice, experience, and goals are central. I believe healing begins in a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, coping with anxiety or depression, or seeking to heal from past wounds, I aim to help you gain deeper insight, build resilience, and feel more connected to yourself and others. My style is warm, attentive, and direct. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard and supported, while also gently challenged to grow. I balance evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for each individual’s unique story. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with deep compassion, respect, and a belief in the resilience of the human spirit. I understand that reaching out for help is a brave step, and my priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring our work to your individual needs. I also pay attention to how cultural, family, and social dynamics influence your experience, and I welcome all parts of your identity into the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain more than just insight, you’ll begin to build a stronger relationship with yourself. Through compassionate, honest dialogue, I help you uncover patterns, process difficult emotions, and move toward clarity and empowerment. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges. You’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or relationship struggles, but just as importantly, you’ll also build emotional awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of your needs, boundaries, and values. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, it’s about sustainable, meaningful change. Whether you’re looking for healing, direction, or simply a safe place to be yourself, my goal is to support you in becoming more aligned with the life you want to live.
