Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

As a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals seeking to improve their mental health and overall well-being. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, chronic disease and substance use. I strive to create a supportive, trusting, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe discussing the concerns that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, while also drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to increase self-awareness, identify patterns.

Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe that a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your journey toward improved well-being.
