Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Paola, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of The Calm Collective Therapy PLLC. I specialize in working with Adult Women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, and life transitions, and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a more grounded, intentional way.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy while always meeting you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.

In our work together, you can expect a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and centered on meeting you exactly where you are. I believe healing happens within safe, supportive relationships, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is not to “fix” you—but to support you in reconnecting with yourself, finding clarity, and moving through life with more confidence and ease.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, take a breath, and begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s been bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently.

I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with.

By the end of our session, we’ll begin identifying what support could look like for you and discuss next steps. Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone in what you’re going through.
