Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can be difficult, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard.

My background in nursing and mental health has shaped a holistic approach to care. I look at the whole person and take time to understand your experiences, goals, and what matters most to you. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors, and I tailor treatment to fit your unique needs.

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to care. Whether we’re discussing medication, coping strategies, or lifestyle changes, I want you to feel informed and involved every step of the way. We will work together to find what works best for you.

Above all, my goal is to support you in feeling more balanced, confident, and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I believe that the best outcomes come from truly listening and working together, so I take time to understand your story, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel comfortable being open and honest, and I encourage questions so you feel confident and informed about your care. Whether you're new to treatment or have been on this journey before, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. I’ll take time to learn about your concerns, your history, and what’s been going on in your life, while also making space for you to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to get out of care.
