Great to meet you!

Working with people has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My sense of justice is one of my most significant values, and one of my main goals is to provide a sense of safety and justice for each individual. Mental health challenges tend to cause substantial losses for people, and it takes courage to want to change that. A solid therapeutic alliance can make all the difference in this process, and being able to be you in the therapeutic room is imperative. I am here to see YOU!

My approach to therapy

I am a positive psychology practitioner with extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, humanistic therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction practices. Most importantly, I practice decolonized therapy, emphasizing the human aspect of us as individuals and repairing harm.

What you can expect from me

As a person-centered practitioner, I am committed to unconditional positive regard and working with you to identify your goals. From there, I will continue to maintain our therapeutic alliance and foster a safe place for your vulnerability and growth while providing skills and psychoeducation.
