Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, working in various settings, including agencies, hospitals, and private practice. 1995 I graduated as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Since then, I have been licensed and practicing as a psychotherapist, providing services to clients in Spanish and English.

My approach to therapy

My view of therapy not only involves discussing difficult aspects of your life, it is also a journey that involves growth and healing. Therapy is about understanding yourself and others and learning effective ways to solve personal and interpersonal problems to tolerate and reduce stress to live a more rewarding life.

Therapy can help you navigate smoothly periods in life that brings many changes and life transitions which can bring out mixed feelings, and difficulties in adjusting.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I use an individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that each person has unique needs and experiences. By integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-oriented interventions, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I value cultural diversity and embrace individuals of all races, cultures, and orientations. I provide an inclusive and non-judgmental space where everyone feels respected and understood.
