I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I offer counseling services to adults. I enjoy working with clients to navigate life's transitions.

Primarily, I integrate person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address many problems clients may face. These approaches allows me to tailor coping strategies specific to the clients' needs while identifying thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors that no longer serve the client.

I create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to thrive as we build on a therapeutic relationship. I look forward to the opportunity to walk along side of you as you embark on this new journey of awareness, insight, exploration, and transformation.
