I believe trauma can impact our ability to enjoy our lives, create meaningful relationships and align our goals to our values. I welcome all your emotions and everything that comes with it. My role is to partner with you and help you reflect on your values and support you in achieving your goals. I primarily use EMDR to reprocess trauma, however I tend to use tools from a variety of therapies, including DBT, strength based and person centered counseling to develop our way forward. We will figure out what works best for you together.
