Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to carrying everything on your own. My hope is that from our very first session, you'll feel like you're sitting with someone who genuinely cares, listens without judgement, and believes in your ability to heal and grow.

I believe every person has a story worth understanding. Sometimes you simply need a space where you can slow down, process what's on your heart, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create an environment where you feel respected, valued, and safe to be your authentic self. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian faith integration by incorporating biblical principles and spirituality into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with your beliefs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs because no two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. While I’ll provide guidance, support, and practical strategies, you’re the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, and work toward lasting growth. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling empowered, encouraged, and equipped with tools you can use outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very first session. Our first meeting is an opportunity for me to get to know you-not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but the person behind them. I'll take time to learn your story, what's most important to you, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll begin to identify meaningful goals and create a plan that feels personalized to your needs and values. My goal is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, knowing you don’t have to face life's challenges alone, and that meaningful change is possible.
