Great to meet you!

By providing a sincere yet professional environment, my clients feel they are in a safe environment to share their thoughts and feelings and to be heard without judgment.

I use different therapy model based on client's needs.

Be mindful that willingness to go for therapy is the first step toward healing. However, emotional issues rooted deeply in childhood, and it might take months to find a real issue and starts a healing process.

Be patient with yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My main focus is EMDR therapy that is used for clients who experience trauma and still get impacted by that trauma. Issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss will be addressed by CBT. Problem solving therapy will be used to improve client’s ability with stressful experiences and manage their negative thoughts. I will use motivational interviewing for some clients who are ambivalent about the choices in their life.

What you can expect from our first session
