Hello! I'm a therapist and clinical supervisor with over a decade of clinical experience. I work with kids and teens ages 10-19, with a focus on LGBTQIA+, disabled, and BIPOC youth. I received an MS in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, a BA in Psychology from Western Washington University, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State.
Clients describe me as down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I approach each person I meet with curiosity, empathy, and openness. When a client feels unconditionally accepted, then I’ve done my job. I practice from Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and expressive arts approaches.
I believe a trusting relationship is foundational to change in therapy. Therapy doesn't have to be boring or intimidating--expressive arts activities, inspiring conversations, writing, and games lead the way to the changes you want to see in your life.
