Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert in your own life and my role is to help you craft a path that allows you to fulfill and achieve your goals. The therapeutic setting is meant to be a safe space for you and I make that space comfortable, culturally appropriate and inclusive. Therapy is a process that often requires the engagement of both the individual and their support system to create long lasting change and I am willing to work with you and significant others in your life.

My approach to therapy

I work with couples using the Gottman Method to help with understanding the dynamic of the relationship, changing negative communication cycles and processing patterns.

I am also certified in Postpartum Mental Health and work closely with the perinatal/postpartum community to help women feel supported during this life transition. As a mother myself, I understand the joys and challenges that a new baby can bring and I want to support new moms successfully navigate the postpartum period.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist is a crucial step towards your journey of growth and healing. A 15-minute consultation is a powerful tool in streamlining this process, allowing us to connect and explore how we can work together towards your goals. Take that first step towards positive change; book your consultation today
