Great to meet you!

If you are seeking support for your child or navigating your own mental health journey, please know that you don’t have to do it alone. I am Dr. Rohanni, and as a double board-certified psychiatrist in both Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find clarity, growth, and lasting healing. My practice, Spring Day Family Psychiatry, was born out of a passion for empowering individuals at every stage of life from early childhood through adulthood. Reaching out for help is a big step, and I want to make it as easy as possible. I’m welcoming new patients in Texas with flexible hours and no waitlist. Visit my website at springdaypsych.com to learn more or schedule a consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on partnering with individuals and families to build understanding around mental health, support meaningful growth, and promote lasting healing. I specialize in a wide array of mental health conditions, including attentional difficulties, anxiety, and behavioral concerns. All sessions are held via a secure virtual platform, allowing you to attend appointments from the comfort and privacy of your home.

What you can expect from me

After booking your complimentary 15-minute introductory call, please take a few minutes to complete the prospective patient questionnaire that will be sent to your email before your call.

If you prefer to bypass the introductory call and schedule your first appointment directly, please visit my website at springdaypsych.com to request an appointment.

The initial comprehensive evaluation is a 60-minute intake visit to review your concerns and detailed history. During your initial visit, we will collaborate to build an effective treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. When helpful, we may also use brief screening tools to better understand your symptoms and guide diagnosis. By the end of your evaluation, you will have an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your needs. Follow-up visits will be scheduled based on your treatment plan and are typically recommended every 2-4 weeks.
