Great to meet you!

It’s likely because you’re feeling that some aspect of your life could be more aligned with who you truly are—and it can be. Whether you’re struggling with balancing cultural expectations, navigating family dynamics, feeling the weight of bi-cultural identity, or managing anxiety, stress, or depression, beginning therapy is often the first step toward finding relief and clarity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some days, you may seek practical techniques, coping strategies, or new tools to manage life’s challenges. On other days, you might just need a space to talk, to process, and to be heard. And sometimes, exploring past experiences, cultural dynamics, or intergenerational patterns may bring valuable insight into your current struggles. I bring my authentic self into session, finding a balance between personal and professional to connect with my clients on a much deeper level.

What you can expect from our first session

I want my clients to feel empowered during and after their sessions. It is important that my clients feel heard, yet also challenged to take on any issues they are presenting with. My goal is to create an environment that allows my client to feel comfortable sharing and not being judged.
