Parvonae Shaw

I served as the President for the Broward Chapter of the Florida Psychological Association and was a Professor at Florida International University.

I have been in practice since 2003. She earned her Doctorate and Masters in Psychology at the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I also earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. I have extensive experience treating a wide variety of clinical issues.

I take a client centered approach to therapy and help you meet the treatment goals that you set. I also use a cognitive behavioral research based approach.

You can expect me to leave sessions with a feeling of lightness, support, and unconditional positive regard.
