Great to meet you!
I bring over twenty years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across community, outpatient, and school settings. I began my social work career in the UK, where I specialized in working with young people in foster care and those transitioning out of the system. This experience shaped my belief in the importance of understanding each individual’s unique circumstances, strengths, and challenges.
After relocating to New Jersey in 2012, I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2020. Since then, I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and parents in both outpatient and school environments. My work focuses on helping individuals manage ADHD, anxiety and depression, navigate life transitions, and build healthier relationships.
