Great to meet you!

Life is like a box chocolates, it can be messy and unpredictable. Reaching out for help or direction is an act of courage and I commend you for taking the first step. Whether you are navigating a challenging transition, seeking to better understand yourself, or looking to create meaningful change I am here to help. I am passionate about helping people discover their best self. In the beginning, this often means feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable. The outcome, the process, the work, is always worth it. The process of recovery rarely happens alone.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your worries, wants and needs, and more importantly, identify the barriers to change. I use evidenced-based practices tailored to your unique needs including Strength-based, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you will find a non-judgemental space to share your story and feel heard. I offer individual therapy for adults, children age 5 and older, and teenagers. I provide a thorough clinical assessment, then ongoing 55 minute sessions. Whether you are seeking to heal, grow, or thrive, we will work to facilitate the growth and change you want.
