Great to meet you!

As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I utilize a balanced combination of medication management and psychotherapy. I emphasize patient education, empowerment, and shared decision-making, ensuring that individuals and families have the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their healing. Whether managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other mood-related conditions, I remain committed to delivering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care that supports long-term stability and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to patient care is grounded in compassion, respect, and evidence-based practice. I believe in treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—by integrating physical, emotional, social, and behavioral health needs into the treatment plan.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, valued, and actively involved in their care. Collaboration is central to my practice: I work closely with each patient to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I tailor individualized treatment plans that promote lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to share their story at their own pace. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and actively involved from the very beginning.

The initial visit includes: a comprehensive assessment, Collaborative goal-setting, a personalized treatment plan.
