Great to meet you!

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained—even though you’re trying your best? Many women, teens, and adults carry silent stress, burnout, or worry that makes everyday life feel heavy. I’m here to help lighten that load. I’m Patience Amune, PMHNP-BC, and I provide integrated, holistic psychiatric care that blends medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, and faith-informed care (if desired). I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, mood changes, and sleep issues. I offer telehealth across Florida and in-person visits in Sanford, FL.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting women and I also welcome adults who want compassionate, whole-person mental health care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I look beyond symptoms to understand root causes—emotional, biological, environmental, and spiritual—so your treatment truly fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re navigating life stress, feeling “stuck,” or seeking a provider who listens without judgment, you’ll find a safe space here. Together, we’ll create a clear, personalized plan to restore peace, confidence, and balance—one step at a time.
