Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in mental health care across the lifespan. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management, using a holistic and evidence-based approach. I have experience supporting and treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar disorders, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and stress-related disorders. I also incorporate elements of supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and, when appropriate, brief therapeutic interventions alongside medication management. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies to promote overall well-being.

I take a holistic view of mental health, considering factors such as lifestyle, relationships, and physical health. My style is focused on building a trusting relationship where you feel heard and respected. I also prioritize clear communication and shared decision-making, so you feel informed and empowered throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect warm, supportive, and non-judgmental care in which you feel safe sharing your concerns openly. Together, we will identify key areas to focus on and begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management and supportive strategies. You will be actively involved in all decisions, and I will ensure your questions are answered. By the end of the session, we will outline clear next steps and establish a plan for ongoing support.

By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about your needs and a clear plan for next steps to support your progress.
