Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is guided by something my Grandpa Ted Ross said:

"When you are with something and try to understand it, you learn to love it."

I aspire to provide a compassionate and intuitive presence (with 13+ years of experience) to support your journey to contact, connect with, and express your Core Self while understanding + learning to love the obstacles and challenges that come with being human.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Because I view choice and autonomy as central to healing, I take a client-led approach. I do this to help you connect with your own sense of power and responsibility to your process.

I will also lead you back to your goals through compassionate redirection, uplifting reflections, and appropriate challenges.

I integrate mindfulness, DBT, ACT, and experiential-somatic interventions into my trauma-informed approach to help you develop effective coping skills, unlearn the unessential, and heal + grow.

What you can expect from our first session

  • Relief, practical skills, and new perspectives
  • The feeling of being seen, understood, supported... and, when appropriate, compassionately challenged
  • Belief in your capacity to brave existence and create a meaningful life
