Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build healthier coping skills. I use evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I believe healing and positive change are possible, and I’m honored to support clients on their journey toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I work with clients to identify their strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical coping strategies that support healing and personal growth. I use evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, empowered, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can openly share their concerns, experiences, and goals for therapy. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought them to therapy, and exploring areas they would like support with. I will also answer any questions about the therapy process and work collaboratively to begin developing a plan that feels comfortable and meaningful. My goal is to help clients feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
