Patrice Noel

Hi, I’m Patrice Noel, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care across Texas. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I support people navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, trauma, substance use, grief, sleep concerns, eating disorders, and major life transitions. I believe asking for help is a real act of strength, and I’m proud to create an inclusive space for a wide range of individuals, including LGBTQ+ clients and military veterans.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I combine thoughtful medication management with CBT and mindfulness-based strategies because I believe lasting wellness comes from caring for the whole person, not just the symptoms. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and work with you in a way that feels supportive, practical, and never judgmental.

In our first sessions, I focus on really getting to know you, your story, your symptoms, your history, and what you want healing to look like in your life. We will talk through your mental health concerns, past treatment experiences, medical history, medications, family history, substance use, and the life experiences that have shaped your wellbeing so I can understand you as a whole person. Together, we will set clear goals, talk honestly about what progress may look like, and create a plan for next steps so you can feel informed, supported, and ready to begin.
