Great to meet you!

“This is a space where your story is honored and your healing is prioritized.”

I help survivors of trauma reclaim their voice, rebuild trust, and move toward healing by offering compassionate, culturally responsive care rooted in safety and empowerment. If you’re living with the effects of childhood sexual abuse, human trafficking, painful relationships, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, or loss, therapy can be a place where your story is honored and your healing is prioritized.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe, seen, and respected. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, while tailoring each session to your unique needs, pace, and goals. My style is warm, direct, and supportive, offering both compassion and gentle encouragement as you move toward healing. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can thoughtfully make space for that in our work.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll focus on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported without pressure to share everything at once. Together, we’ll identify what’s hurting, what healing could look like, and how to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you.
