Hello! My name is Patti Alday. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with years of experience helping people to navigate difficult seasons of life. I believe that healing happens when we allow others to walk alongside us in the process.
I approach therapy with the understanding that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of counseling. I utilize the following approaches: Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
The first session is a great time to get to know you. I will listen to your story, gather information about what you hope to accomplish in therapy, and we will come up with a plan of action together.
