Great to meet you!

I'm a melting pot where the academic experience from the Carlos Albizu University, my experience working with diverse clients since 2017, my interests, and personal experiences add to my therapeutic style. Where I create a safe space for my clients to explore and sit with the uncomfortable to be in alignment with who they are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to the office, determine the most effective way to support you and what you would like to take from this experience. Whether you would like to receive individual, couples counseling, or family therapy sessions. During treatment, I'll help you practice different skills whether it's on self-regulation, communication, decision making, etc.

What you can expect from our first session

Feeling heard and walking away with something meaningful, whether it's a better understanding of your options and how your current situation may be related to patterns in your life, or an assignment to start making progress in important areas of your life.
