Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Patricia, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life stressors. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. I integrate medication management with supportive therapy and lifestyle guidance to help clients achieve emotional stability and improved quality of life

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. I’ll take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and review your history to better understand what brings you in. Together, we’ll discuss your goals and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or lifestyle support. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about your path forward.
