In my practice I offer outpatient individual counseling, designed to treat support & empower women.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with women who are striving to find balance and harmony amidst the complexities of life, work, relationships and family. I focus on empowering women who feel overwhelmed by these demands. Life as a woman comes with unique challenges, from navigating societal expectations to balancing work, family, and personal well-being. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or simply ready to prioritize your mental and emotional health, you’re not alone.

My approach integrates various therapeutic modalities to address your unique needs, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and psychodynamic/analytical techniques, to help you understand and overcome your struggles. My goal is to create a personalized plan that empowers you to feel better. Ready to start your journey? Let's connect.

What you can expect from our first session

In the initial phases of our sessions, I will ask a lot of questions to assess and understand your needs. However, our talk therapy will gradually transition into teaching you techniques and coping skills during our sessions, followed by homework designed to develop and strengthen necessary coping mechanisms.

In our sessions, I will utilize my clinical expertise to help you grow. Therapy is a collaborative journey—your engagement and input are essential for your progress. We will work together, practicing new techniques. I will assign homework and encourage you to use the methods outside of sessions, giving you the opportunity to develop and strengthen important coping skills.
